1、 Hot dip galvanizing
Hot dip galvanizing has high industrialization, long durability and stable quality. A large number of steel structures used outdoors are vulnerable to corrosion and difficult to maintain. In recent years, a large number of profiled steel plates in the light steel structure system also adopt hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion prevention, such as residential containers. The first process of hot-dip galvanizing is pickling and rust removal, followed by cleaning. If these two processes are not complete, they will leave hidden dangers for anti-corrosion, so it is necessary to deal with them completely. 2、 Coating method
Excellent coating depends on complete rust removal. The commonly used excellent fluorocarbon coating has an anti-corrosion life of up to 50 years. Therefore, there are many indoor steel structures or outdoor steel structures that are relatively easy to maintain. Although the one-time cost is low, the maintenance cost is high when used in the field. The first step in the construction of coating method is to remove rust. Therefore, the coating with high requirements generally uses sand blasting to remove rust, expose the luster of metal and remove all rust and oil stain.
